Hot Tea: 1 tsp of tea per 200 ml of water. Heat water to 90C and steep for 3-7 minutes. add sugar & milk to taste.
Cold Tea: Make in glass pitcher, add 6 slightly heaping tsp loose tea into sack or infuser. Pour 1 1/4 cups of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Add cold water 1/4 of the serving pitcher with cold water. Add steeped tea, finish getting cold in fridge and then add ice and enjoy.
