Trademark Spilt Milk

The Trademark, our flagship coffee, is sweet, full-bodied and endlessly versatile. 

We’ve married together two of our most loved Brazilian coffees to create a harmonious and full bodied blend. The Trademark is a versatile coffee with mass appeal - think chocolate brownie and nutella. Rich, balanced and sweet it’s killer on espresso or drip as well as black or through milk. 

The beans come courtesy of the Barbosa family and Deyvid Leandro. They are producing some of the finest coffees in Brazil, winning the Cup of Excellence in 2021 and 2024 and placing 2nd in 2025! We’re honoured to be working with them for the foreseeable future.

Brew Method

Filter: 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio (e.g., 20g coffee to 320ml water), medium-coarse grind
Espresso: 2.1:1 yield-to-dose ratio (e.g., 19g coffee to 40ml espresso), fine grind, 31-33-second shot
