Traditionally enjoyed as a mild digestive aid, mint has a natural refreshing, relaxing, and cooling effect in the body. With fresh flavors, and a cool, refreshing taste. Moroccan Mint tea is gentle, and can be enjoyed hot or iced, sweetened if you like, but it isn’t necessary!
