Speaking of strawberries, William Butler Yeats put it best when he wrote "Doubtless God" could he have made a better berry but doubtless God never did. We wonder, what would Yeasts have written if he'd ever had a Strawberry Daiquiri. This blend a high grown Ceylon with all natural flavoring and created this tea with notes of full- bodied strawberry, undertones of sweet rum and hints of fresh coconut.

Steeping:
HOT TEA: 1 tsp of tea per 200 ml of water. Heat water to 90C and steep for 3-7 minutes add milk and sugar to taste.
ICE TEA: 6 slightly heading tsp loose tea into infuser, Pour 1 1/4 cups of boing water on tea, steep 5 minutes, quarter fill serving pitcher with cold water, top with ice and garnish & sweeten to taste.
Cold brew this tea with cold water instead of hot water or make this amazing blend with the sun tea blend.
