Made from quality ingredients, 100% Lean Angus Beef and hand formed into 1/4lb (113.5g) patties. Our recipe is unique and full of flavours. Once made - you decide what you want to do with them, cook them right away or freeze them for later.  Plan ahead and order your hamburgers during the week for that weekend party.  They freeze beautifully. We strongly believe in Grass Fed beef, without antibiotics and hormones, for our customers, who wish to experience the true taste of beef, we can make your hamburgers with Natural Beef, supply is not always available, we advise you to reserve at least 30 days prior to your event. 

Vegetarian Options

Some of your guest are vegetarian! No worries. We make the best  Vegetarian burger ever! Your guest will never want to take a bite of the store bought vegetarian burger patties. Tasty, moist and filling, a most to discover.  100% handmade with Barley & Mushrooms & Onion. This recipe is our own creation with just the right amount of seasoning. Vegan

Yes, we can make a version of our Vegetarian patties" Vegan", they are tasty but a bit more dry and a with whole different flavour, in order to replace some ingredients we had to give this burger an Asian twist, simply outstanding. The beef eaters, will want to convert to Vegan!

Italian Burger

We also have an Italian burger that is made with 100% Angus beef and Artisanal Italian sausage, giving your hamburger a special bite to it!

You can take them home to cook - freeze them for later, or have us come to you and cook them for your guests. This gives you more time to enjoy with your guests, rather than being distracted by the Barbecue. We can also come to your home and prepare the rest of your meal for your guests. Our SUMMER Rolls (Our twist on Spring Rolls!)

With any Pool Party or B.B.Q, on a hot day, you should serve your guest Summer rolls, they are so refreshing and light, every one will enjoy munching on them, while the main course is being prepare. We have two version of our summer roll. Vegetarian, with snap peas, carrots, scallions, sesame seeds, rice vermicelli, mint & lime, served with Dipping sauce.

Seafood Summer rolls. With real lobster, crab and shrimp, rice vermicelli, fresh horseradish, daikon, carrots, green peas,  herbs and a Wasabi mayo, served with Dipping Sauce.

Glazed beef and Enoki mushroom & asparagus roll. These little rolls of tender beef are a staple in Japan. Thin sirloin steak, wrapped around Enoki Mushrooms and asparagus, pan fryed, and served with a Sake glazed. A true discovery.

$3.00 per roll. Minimum of 20.
